The Law Office of Alan S. Rubin
A Louisville attorney practicing since 1987

About The Firm

I am attorney Alan S. Rubin. Since 1987, I have been practicing law in Louisville, offering personal and experienced representation. While I take cases in multiple areas of law, I have a special focus on fighting for the rights of workers who suffered an injury on the job.

My practice areas:

  • Workers' compensation
  • Motor vehicle accidents
  • Social Security Disability claims
  • Criminal law
  • DUI/traffic violations

My dedication to individuals who come to me for help is sincere. In the decades of my law practice, I have seen firsthand the devastating impact of an injury. It can be difficult or impossible to provide for your family. You need the compensation the insurance company is denying you.

Even as a highly experienced lawyer, it is important to stay up-to-date on the ever-changing trends and developments in law. I am a member of the Kentucky Justice Association, an organization dedicated to promoting the welfare of accident victims. This is a collaborative effort among the attorneys to share information about relevant rulings and changes in the law.

I also belong to the Kentucky Workers' Compensation Education Association. The aim of this organizer is to ensure workers receive all that they are entitled. This membership assists me in keeping abreast of the latest developments in the law. It also provides for continuing education with workers' compensation seminar that I attend on an annual basis. I collaborate with other attorneys and digest all of the Supreme Court's decisions, which is extremely valuable.
