ST. MATTHEWS, KY – Police, firefighters, and utility crews responded to the scene of a car crash at a home in St. Matthews on Sunday, WHAS reports.
Police said a driver who suffered a medical episode veered off the road and slammed into a home on Winchester Road. The driver was hospitalized, though the severity of his injuries was undisclosed. There was no word on whether anyone was inside the house at the time.
Louisville Gas & Electricity workers were called to the scene due to a possible gas leak following the accident.
