JEFFERSON COUNTY, KY – Police said a man died following a pedestrian accident in Jefferson County Monday morning, WLKY reports.
The victim was identified as 30-year-old Lundon Huffman of Louisville. According to investigators, he was struck by multiple vehicles while trying to cross Interstate 264 from south to north at about 6:15 a.m.
Huffman was pronounced dead at the scene. Lanes were closed on I-264 east and I-64 while police were responding to the incident, which remains under investigation by the Louisville Metro Police Traffic Unit.
