HARDIN CO., KY – A motorcyclist was killed early Sunday morning following a police pursuit and crash in Hardin County, WBKO reports.
A KSP trooper attempted to stop a Yamaha motorcycle as it was speeding down the eastbound lanes of the Western Kentucky Parkway. The motorcyclist then led troopers on a chase along I-65 before losing control and crashing at the Highway 94 off ramp.
The unidentified motorcyclist was transported to a nearby hospital, where he died a short time later. His identity is being withheld pending further investigation.
No other injuries were reported as an immediate result of the crash.
