LOUISVILLE, KY – Police in Louisville have released further details regarding a fatal car accident that occurred near Norton Commons early Sunday morning, WDRB reports.
The victim has now been identified as 22-year-old Laikin Shrader. Police said she was driving in the 8600 block of Wolf Pen Branch Road when the crash took place at about 3:30 a.m.
According to investigators, Shrader’s vehicle went off the roadway, collided with a tree and caught fire. Shrader was pronounced dead at the scene. No one else was inside the car.
The wreck remains under investigation.
