LOUISVILLE, KY – Twenty teenagers were taken to the hospital following a bus accident in southeast Jefferson County on Monday evening.
According to WAVE, the collision took place at about 6:30 p.m. along Billtown Road near I-265.
Investigators believe the bus was heading south when a passenger vehicle turned in front of it, causing two vehicles to collide.
All twenty teenagers on the bus were transported to Norton Children’s Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. It is unclear if anyone else was hurt as a result.
